As a Front Desk and Sales Associate, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling sales inquiries, building client relationships, and utilizing MS-Excel for accounting purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist clients with inquiries, appointments, and payments at the front desk
2. Utilize MS Excel for tracking sales data, managing invoices, and generating reports
3. Conduct sales calls, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into clients
4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service to enhance client satisfaction
5. Manage client relationships through effective communication and personalized service
6. Utilize CRM software to track client attendance, maintain records, and analyze sales performance
7. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the academy
