Key responsibilities:

1. Facilitating outstanding customer service
2. Resolving member issues with professionalism and patience
3. Devising and executing local marketing strategies to generate leads
4. Conducting tours to execute sales strategy and maintain high occupancy
5. Developing programs to increase occupancy and make profitable use of its office space facilities
6. Maintaining awareness of the factors that influence the hospitality industry (Coworking) and gaining a deep understanding of the needs and attitudes of customers
7. Coordinating marketing and promotional activities to meet members' needs, working closely with other office staff to ensure members are satisfied with the facilities and their time there
8. Identifying the factors that shape your office's appeal to customers
9. Speaking to guests in person or follow-up calls
10. Developing strong customer relationships to build a stable revenue base and ensure high levels of repeat business
11. Inputting and maintaining accurate data across various platforms
12. Overseeing and executing daily office operations
13. Liaisoning with the facilities team on building operations and maintenance
14. Managing local vendors and potentially an admin supervisors
