Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle the front desk and maintain visitor records.
2. Manage administrative chores and organizational tasks.
3. Create a welcoming, professional environment for clients and customers.
4. Manage the reception area, ensuring the office is neat.
5. Greet and welcome clients, customers, and visitors courteously and professionally.
6. Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member/department.
7. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
8. Take care of general everyday tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies.
