4. Check the availability of sales associates who specialise in the customer's area of interest and coordinate to allocate the right associate.
5. Ensure a seamless transition to the designated sales associate, making sure customers receive prompt and personalized assistance.
b. Customer Shopping:
1. Guide the office staff to check with the customers if they would like to have any refreshments or support.
2. Keep an eye on the unattended customers and figure out ways to keep them engaged
3. Address any non-business related support (ordering food/cool-drinks, parking assistance, etc)
c. Customer Exit:
1. Confirm if the customer has placed an order, intends to place one in the future, or if there were any issues or dislikes about the visit.
2. Request feedback on their store experience to identify any areas for improvement.
3. Encourage satisfied customers to leave a Google review to enhance the store's online reputation, helping attract more clients.
