Job Description: Front Desk Sales Receptionist/Executive at WTF Gym

Attending to the members, doing the membership closures, enhancing the customer experience, and meeting the sales target at the gym. The job involves interacting with walk-in customers, company leads, referrals, personal training sales, renewals, and cold calling. The job requires excellent communication skills, local language proficiency, customer service orientation, and sales acumen. The job location is in Banashankari 3rd Stage.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome the members and visitors at the front desk and provide them with the necessary information and assistance.
2. Explain the gym facilities, services, programs, and membership plans to the potential customers and persuade them to join the gym.
3. Follow up with the leads generated by the company or the referrals and convert them into sales.
4. Offer personal training packages and renewals to the existing members and upsell them on the benefits and features.
5. Make cold calls to prospective customers and generate interest and appointments.
6. Coordinate with the trainers, managers, and other staff members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
7. Achieve the monthly and quarterly sales targets and report the progress and performance to the management.

Skills and Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Minimum one year of experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality.
3. Fluent in the local language and English.
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
7. Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
8. Passionate about fitness and health.

Job Timings

1. The job will be in shift hours, either 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
2. It will be a six-day job with weekly rotational off.
