Front End Developer Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain high-quality, reusable, and reliable ReactJS code.
2. Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code and UI components.
3. Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
4. Work closely with the backend developers to integrate APIs and other services.
5. Identify and troubleshoot performance and scalability issues.
6. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and distribute knowledge.
7. Ensure robust testing of components including writing unit tests, automated testing, and documentation.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
9. Provide technical guidance and assistance to other team members.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 2 years' experience working with ReactJS and other front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
3. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
4. Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
5. Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
6. Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript.
7. Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js).
8. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON structures and AJAX requests
9. Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
10. A knack for benchmarking and optimization.
11. Familiarity with code versioning tools (such as Git).

Preferred Skills:

1. Understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.
2. Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
3. Experience with front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
4. Comfortable with Agile methodologies and working closely within small teams.
