We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused front office associate to join our team. As a Front Office Associate, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing assistance, checking them in, and ensuring a positive experience.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a welcoming demeanor
Key responsibilities:
1. Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner
2. Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
3. Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
4. Handle guest inquiries and requests, including room preferences and special arrangements
5. Ensure accurate billing and process payments from guests
6. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to address guest needs
7. Respond to guest feedback and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
8. Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
9. Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
10. Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is a plus
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Attention to detail and organizational abilities
4. Ability to handle guest issues with professionalism and empathy
5. Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and point-of-sale software is a plus
6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
7. Graduate/ diploma in Hospitality or equivalent
8. Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multitasking in a fast-paced environment
9. Eagerness to contribute to a positive guest experience
10. Team player with a customer-focused mindset
