Job Overview
We are looking for a Mid-Level Front Office Executive (Female) for the Jewelry Industry in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of work experience, combining excellent customer service and communication skills with detailed knowledge of the jewelry industry.

Qualifications and Skills
Customer service experience with a strong focus on client satisfaction (Mandatory skill)
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Mandatory skill)
In-depth knowledge of the jewelry industry, including current trends and products (Mandatory skill)
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tasks and client interactions
Effective organizational skills for handling various administrative tasks efficiently
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using computer applications and software
Strong problem-solving skills to handle client inquiries and resolve issues

Roles and Responsibilities
Manage the front office area, ensuring it is welcoming and orderly
Greet and assist customers as they enter the store, providing information and guidance on jewelry products
Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications promptly and professionally
Coordinate appointments and meetings with clients and internal teams
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Support the sales team by providing administrative assistance and managing inventory
Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring a positive experience
Stay updated on industry trends, new arrivals, and promotional offers to assist customers better
