Job Overview
We are seeking a junior Front Office Executive to join our team in Hyderabad on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. The Front Office Executive will be responsible for managing front office activities, including handling customer interactions and overseeing administrative tasks.

Qualifications and Skills
Customer service experience (Mandatory skill) with a proven ability to handle inquiries and provide excellent service.
Strong communication skills (Mandatory skill) for effective interaction with clients and team members.
Excellent organization skills (Mandatory skill) to manage tasks efficiently and maintain files and records.
Ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer queries effectively.
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tasks and responsiveness to customer needs.
Solid time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities within deadlines.
Proficiency in computer skills including MS Office and other relevant software.

Roles and Responsibilities
Manage the front desk and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
Maintain and organize office supplies and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating with other departments as necessary.
Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks as required.
Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team.
Handle customer complaints and issues with a patient and helpful approach.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms as needed.
