Key Responsibilities:

1. Reception management: Greet visitors and maintain a welcoming reception area.
2. Communication handling: Answer calls, manage emails, and handle courier services.
3. Visitor management: Log visitors, issue passes, and follow security protocols.
4. Coordination: Assist with meeting scheduling and inter-departmental communication.
5. Administrative support: Manage appointments, office supplies, and clerical tasks.
6. Complaint resolution: Address basic queries and escalate issues as needed.
7. Hospitality: Ensure guests are comfortable and provide refreshments.
8. Office maintenance: Coordinate upkeep of the office area.
9. Record-keeping: Maintain logs for worker attendance, mail, and other operations.
10. Customer experience: Enhance the first impression and gather feedback.
