Front Office Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Optimize revenue from OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) and multiple revenue sources.
2. Monitor and manage room inventory and pricing strategies.
3. Handle guest inquiries and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
4. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
5. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety, and security standards.
6. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on revenue and occupancy.
7. Maintain administrative control over daily operations and staff scheduling.
8. Supervise operations staff and provide training and guidance.
