Front Office, Travel Desk Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Supervise daily front desk operations and ensure compliance with all policies, standards, and procedures.
2. Manage the flow of visitors through the organization and ensure ENQUIRIES are handled well.
3. Oversee administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, record-keeping, and document management.
4. Deliver exceptional customer service to create a positive first impression for clients and guests.
5. Manage all travel-related requirements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
6. Negotiate with travel vendors to secure the best rates and discounts for the company.
7. Maintain accurate records of all travel expenses and submit reports to the finance department.
8. Provide guidance and support to employees regarding travel policies and procedures.
9. Research and recommend the most efficient and cost-effective travel options for employees.
10. Assist with visa and passport requirements for employees traveling internationally.
11. Respond promptly to any travel-related inquiries or issues that arise during employee trips.
12. Continuously monitor travel trends and industry updates to optimize the company's travel policies and procedures.
