About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Managing the visitors on the floor (approx count of EMP. On floors - 500 to 600 and 1500 to 2000)
2. Meeting rooms/boardroom bookings
3. Meeting rooms co-ordinations with spock for 2 different floors
4. IT Support for meeting rooms
5. Pantry support for meeting rooms
6. Stakeholder management/co-ordinations for the respective floors
7. Facilities & administrative co-ordinations for the respective floors
8. If required, need to assist in executive floor management and admin work for related stakeholders.
