Full Stack Developer Job

Key responsibilities:

a. Project Planning and Execution:

1. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and milestones.
2. Ensure projects are executed within scope, on time, and within budget.
3. Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
4. A high level of Documentation skills is essential.

b. Technical Expertise:

1. Demonstrate a strong technical understanding, especially in Laravel and React JS.
2. Collaborate with the development team to provide guidance on technical issues and challenges.
3. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to incorporate best practices into project planning.

c. Team Management:

1. Lead and motivate a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and other project members.
2. The ability to spot talent conduct interviews online and make the right assessments are essential for this role.
3. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
4. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

d. Scrum Master:

1. Serve as the Scrum Master for Agile development teams.
2. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
3. Remove impediments and ensure the team's adherence to Agile principles.

e. Stakeholder Communication:

1. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, to understand and prioritize requirements.
2. Provide regular project updates and ensure transparency in project status.
3. Address and resolve stakeholder concerns in a timely manner.

f. Quality Assurance:

1. Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to deliver high-quality products.
2. Work closely with the testing team to ensure thorough testing of deliverables.


The ideal candidate should have a solid background in Laravel, React JS or angular front end, Databases, UI/UX Designs, and hosting.
Possess excellent project management skills, and be adept at leading cross-functional teams, including mobile app developers. Must be good at managing outsourced projects too.
Exposure to AI tools will be an added advantage. Experience in Codeigniter, and Core PHP, and good exposure to Flutter, WordPress, etc will be useful for this role.
