Position: Senior Full-Stack Developer (React.js, Python, MariaDB)

Location: Chennai

Working Days: 6 days a week

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Developer to join
our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Progressive Web Application
(PWA) development, experience with React.js on the front end, and Python on the
back end. Additionally, you will take a leadership role in team management, UI
library creation, and code reviews, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of developers, ensuring project
milestones are met and code quality is maintained.
Code Maintenance: Maintain and optimize existing codebases, ensuring reliability,
efficiency, and scalability.Oversee the creation and maintenance of a custom UI
component library.

Web Application Development: Develop interactive and responsive web
applications, focusing on excellent user experience using React.js.
Progressive Web Apps (PWA): Design and build Progressive Web Applications,
enabling a seamless, app-like experience across platforms.
API Integration: Integrate REST APIs, webhooks, and various third-party services to
facilitate dynamic data flows.
Hardware API Integration: Work with hardware-related third-party APIs for
seamless interaction between software and hardware components.
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for optimization and implement solutions.
