We are looking for a passionate and experienced Full-stack web developer with at least 5+ years of experience. You will be working in an agile and highly energetic startup to build a gamified educational platform to uplift the cybersecurity industry.
We will engage everyone from students, professionals, and organizations working in this space. We want to create an ecosystem where students can learn and explore every aspect of the industry, professionals can upskill themselves and grow, and companies can find new talent.
Key responsibilities:
1. Building scalable backend application services using Node.js, MongoDB/PSQL.
2. Developing and maintaining high-quality frontend applications using React.js, and TypeScript.
3. Building strong, resilient, and robust APIs, libraries, and services to power the platform.
4. Developing new features, improvements and bug fixes as agreed with product manager(s).
5. Owning functionality and scalability features by taking responsibility from inception to deployment and customer integration.
6. Investigating and recommending the use of new technologies/libraries where appropriate.
7. Enforcing clean code and excellent coding practices by conducting thoughtful code reviews, ensuring best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
8. Employing problem-solving skills to address complex challenges, ensuring a seamless and responsive user experience.

CRAC Learning Foundation is a non-profit initiative (12A and 80G registered, Tax benefits for any donations!) started with a vision to eliminate cybercrimes and build a world that is cyber-aware. CRAC Learning Foundation started in the year 2022 and organized multiple small-scale cybersecurity events online as well as offline.
In the year 2024, we organized CRACCON 2024. Our community has reached 5000+ students with these events and we have an active community of 3000+ community members.
