1. Design, develop, and maintain web and mobile applications using Node.js, Flutter, JavaScript, GitHub, PowerShell, .NET, and Python
2. Collaborate with front-end and back-end teams to ensure seamless integration of user-facing elements with server-side logic
3. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code, ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications
4. Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and fix bugs.
5. Implement security and data protection measures
6. Lead and manage development projects from ideation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals
7. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA testers to define project requirements and deliverables
8. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
9. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
10. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment
11. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending and implementing improvements as appropriate

Technical Skills:
1. Proficient in Node.js, JavaScript, Flutter, .NET, and Python with hands-on experience in full stack development
2. Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks
3. Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
4. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines
5. Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker) is a plus
6. Proven experience in leading and managing software development projects
7. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
9. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
