We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full Stack Developer with 1 to 3 years of experience in React.js, Node.js, and MSSQL to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain front-end applications using React.js.
Design and implement backend services using Node.js.
Manage and optimize databases using MSSQL.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure technical feasibility and implement design into the application.
Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain current and competitive.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in React.js, Node.js, and MSSQL.
Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Experience with RESTful APIs and integration with third-party services.
Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
