The role of a fundraiser is to raise awareness about the NGO Greenpeace s campaigns to people on the street, in public places, in offices, on the phone, and at their homes and inspire them to contribute funds and become financial supporters of our client, Greenpeace India.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop an understanding of the NGO Greenpeace s campaigns
2. Make presentations and calls and explain environmental campaigns to members of the public in a clear and interesting way
3. Meet set income targets by signing paid supporters for the client
Compensation Structure:
Fundraisers join us at Rs. 23000 per month + travel allowance (Rs. 175 per day) + Incentives (Rs. 1,000-20,000). On confirmation (3-6 months), based on successful performance the pay will increase to Rs. 26,050 per month + TA + incentives. We also have recognition and reward schemes throughout the year.

Direct Dialogue Initiatives aims to provide ethical fundraising and public engagement services to civil society organizations working in the development sector in India. We strive to offer support to environmental and social justice organizations by engaging ordinary citizens in direct dialogue on issues that affect them and harnessing their financial support for effecting change.
We aim to provide a wide range of services to our clients in the areas of acquisition of donors, retention, mobilization, and marketing. Our key focus is to raise both one-off and recurring donations from individuals across the country for environmental and social justice causes.
