About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Sensitize prospects about the importance of conservation and sustainability
2. Work on donor acquisition and resource mobilization and meet set targets
3. Participate in all fundraising campaigns, public engagements, and other activities as per organizational requirements
4. Participate in comprehensive training to develop knowledge about different initiatives and present that to prospective clients
5. Train and develop younger talent/trainees

Client Relationship English Proficiency (Spoken) Marketing Sales

Earn certifications in these skills

Learn Business Communication

Other requirements

Graduate and post-graduate freshers

Freshers are welcome.

Experience in sales or marketing background will be a plus point

Fluency in English communication is a must

Ability to persuade, network and negotiate with people

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,60,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 90%

2. Variable component: 10%
