1. Fundraising for Non-Profit
2. Actively work to raise funds through corporates CSR, foundations and HNIs including strategy, coordination, organization, reaching out, presentations, meetings, pitching and closing the fundraising process
3. Develop and implement an effective plan for donor management (both new and retention of existing donors)
4. Develop & maintain effective donor communication to build long lasting relationships through regular reports, presentations and meetings
5. Oversee the management of grants/funds and ensure production of effective, high-quality proposals and reports for new projects.
6. Organize and manage all donor-related events both online and offline
7. Work with Manzil Mystics Band on Corporate Employee engagement
8. Drive campaigns to target new donors individuals, assist BoT and corporate
9. Open to travel to other cities to build relationships with donors
10. Lead the communication between the core team and donors
11. Assist the team members in documentation, newsletters, reports, meetings, proposals and fundraising
11. 90% capacity to be devoted to fundraising; occasional travel outside Delhi/NCR

Manzil Mystics is a Delhi based registered NGO that has been working in the field of education, music, and development for last 7 years to make music an instrument of change. Manzil Mystics targets neglected sections of the society by holding workshops on gender education, spoken English, reproductive health, menstrual hygiene, and life skills through music, teaching, songwriting in less privileged partner schools, organizing and performing socially conscientious music and producing music (writing, composing and recording) for schools, colleges, NGOs and corporates.
