GEM Executive Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Uploading new product/catalogue on gem portal.
2. Creating L1 Comparison for direct purchasing.
3. Finding suitable bids on Gem.
4. Participating in bids like bunch bid, bid r/a, custom bid, product & service bid & boq bid.
5. Prepare documents for Gem portal.
6. Studying tender documents, qualification criteria & the scope of work.
7. Prepare technical & financial bids in assistance with seniors.
8. To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires, and pre-qualifications.
9. Prepare technical financial bids in assistance with seniors & prepare documents for e-tendering on portals.
10. Receive and deal with enquiries from clients concerning tenders.
11. Also regular follow-up with prospective buyers for a purchase order.
12. Able to manage proactive communication with client and interface with other disciplines.
13. Update project execution on a daily basis & report to reporting manager.
14. Prepare submitted bid list and update qualified and disqualified.
15. Prepare EMD details.
