As a general management associate, you ll bring strong communication skills and a passion for problem-solving to the workplace. You ll also need to be proficient in written and spoken English.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement operational strategies
2. Oversee day-to-day operations while ensuring they are efficient and cost-effective
4. Create and maintain effective workflows and processes
5. Lead and motivate staff in order to meet and exceed goals
6. Manage budgets for operations, personnel, and other departments
7. Maintain excellent customer relations and resolve customer complaints
8. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and other stakeholders
9. Identify and implement improvements in operational systems, processes, and policies
10. Create and manage operational reports and presentations
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 90%
2. Variable component: 10%
