General Manager Fresher Job (Part time)

Key responsibilities:

1. Handling inquiries from prospective guests, and being the primary point of contact for stays - you will need to quickly get up to speed with all our properties and be able to suggest the right properties based on a proper understanding of the guest's needs; we market our properties on aggregators such as Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, and Booking.com
2. Making sure that our content is accurate and up to date on these sites
3. Updating pricing and booking policies on a daily basis
4. Handling pressure and a fast pace are a must - handling a large volume of calls and online communications simultaneously and formulating solutions on the go; the role demands that you remain calm under pressure and yet be productive
5. Instilling and promoting confidence in our brand with customers

Note: ConnektHomes is an exciting new start-up in the hospitality space. We create and provide unique serviced apartments in prime areas of Mumbai (mainly Bandra and Khar West). The founder is an architect/ivy league MBA.
