Key Responsibilities:
1. Day to Day Correspondence and drafting of emails + letters
2. Filing and Maintenance of Documents in an organized manner
3. Preparing Appointment Letters and follow up with Candidates
4. Taking dictations
5. Liaising with other departments
6. Follow up with the Production & Despatch Department
7. Communication and coordination with Retail Outlets
8. Inter-office Memos
9. Preparation of MIS Report
10. Updating various files, brochures, artwork, etc.
11. Handling Payroll, PF, PT, etc., and maintenance + updation of personnel files
12. Processing and payment of Bills related to Rent, Maintenance, Services, Electricity, etc.
13. Handling Petty Cash
14. Day to Day Administrative and Operational duties
15. Making + following up with service appointments as and when required
16. Keep a check on vendors like (House Keeping, Electrician, Plumber & Stationery Personnel)
17. Overseeing Repair & maintenance work, security, Pest Control, Courier management, etc.
18. Monitoring & Renewal of Contracts for office equipment & branch equipment like Air Conditioners, Fire Fighting equipment, etc.
19. Handling various local purchases
20. Maintaining inventory of office stationery & printing stationery
21. Banking work including visits to banks
