About the job

Title: Government Tender Specialist
Location: North Bangalore (Bhartiya City)
Work Schedule: Full-time, six days a week (Sunday off), 10 AM to 6 PM

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor online tender portals to identify new government tenders relevant to interiors. Especially GeM, Startup India, Make in India, MSME, and similar government portals
2. Work with the internal team to prepare and organize all required documents in accordance with tender requirements
3. Tender submission end-to-end
4. Manage the entire tender process from initial identification to submission, ensuring accuracy and completeness
5. Cultivate relationships with government agencies to stay updated on upcoming tenders and procedural changes
6. Maintain comprehensive records of tender activities, including submissions, outcomes, and feedback
7. Analyse tendering trends, successes, and areas for improvement to enhance future bidding strategies

Must-Have Skills and Tools:

1. Entrepreneurial Mindset
2. Experience in dealing with government tenders
3. Hands-on experience with online tendering platforms and portals
4. Attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely submissions
5. Proficiency in internet navigation
6. Managing multiple tender submissions simultaneously
7. Knowledge of local regulatory and compliance frameworks related to government tenders
8. Experience in interiors and real estate is a plus
9. Creative Talent, Street Smart, and Follow-up Skills
10. Digital Media Savvy
11. Proficient in Emailing, Chat (WhatsApp and Telegram)
12. Pleasant and Trustworthy
13. MS Office proficiency
14. Fluency in English, Hindi, Kannada is plus
15. Team Player with a Positive Attitude
16. BYOD Laptop, phone, vehicle
