Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
