Graphic Designer should be able to provide a creative vision and deliver on timely assignments, including but not limited to the following:
1. Provide a creative vision while designing digital and print creative
2. Comply with our brand and editorial guidelines at all times Design, layout of publications
3. Design communication/ outreach products (brochures, posters, etc.)
4. Design and layout of knowledge sharing products (briefs, summaries, etc.)
5. Design and layout of fact sheets and advocacy materials
6. Design branding and visual marketing materials as requested
7. Design standard collaterals, such as reports, digital post, social media posts, posters, brochures, emailers and policy briefs amongst other requests
8. Create infographics based on data points for reports, social media and other collaterals
9. Ideate and design IEC material whenever required, including but not limited to posters, flip books, training manuals, visual aids etc.
10. Support in design and layout of text in- English, Hindi, Bengali (as and when required)
11. Create simple illustrations, if required
12. Ensure timely delivery of design deliverables and be open to some urgent requests as well

Other requirements
Graduate/Post Graduate or Professional diploma in Graphic Designing or Mass Communications or a related field from a reputed institute and keen visual design sense would be mandatory
