We are looking for a creative graphic designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media. You will be responsible for the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics, including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos. You ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of our website, brochures, presentations, social media content, and more.
Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we d be excited to work with you. The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience. The ability to create visual content that s informative, attention-grabbing, and engaging for audiences.

Key responsibilities:
1. Work on conceptualizing visuals based on requirements
2. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
3. Prepare designs for digital or print publication
4. Design content/quote cards for different platforms (Facebook, Instastory and Instagram)
5. Design logo for personal branding or products
6. Design website and social media branding materials (ads, banners)
7. Determine strategies to deliver clear messaging to the target audience
8. Collaborate with our marketing and PR teams
Who can apply:
1. Should be proficient with software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
2. Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web
3. Proven graphic designing experience
4. A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
5. A keen eye for aesthetics and details
6. Excellent communication skills
7. Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
8. A degree in design, fine arts, or a related field is a plus
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Thane, Mumbai and neighboring cities
Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹20,000 /month
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 /year
