Graphic Designer Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize, design, and create compelling visual assets, including graphics, illustrations, infographics, and layouts for both digital and print mediums
2. Develop creative concepts and design elements that effectively communicate our brand message across various platforms
3. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and develop design solutions that meet their objectives
4. Create visually appealing and cohesive designs for social media posts, website banners, marketing materials, presentations, and more
5. Utilize video editing software to create and edit engaging videos, including promotional videos, tutorials, animations, and more
6. Ensure all designs and videos adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity
7. Stay updated with design trends, techniques, and tools, and incorporate them into your work to ensure fresh and innovative designs
8. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and develop design and video concepts that align with various campaigns and initiatives
10. Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to designs and videos based on input from team members or clients

Who can apply:

1. Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects
2. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
3. Experience in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
4. Creative thinking and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs and engaging videos
5. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design
6. Attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work within established deadlines
7. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and understand project requirements
8. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
9. Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus
10. Minimum 1 year of agency experience
11. A bachelor's degree in graphic design, multimedia arts, or a related field (preferred)
