About the job

Key responsibilities:

1, Understanding IFP's visual identity and delivering consistent visual experiences
2. Proficiently coordinating with the other teams as needed to fulfill daily design and video requirements across formats and platforms
3. Following daily content calendar and approval channels before submitting a creative to publish
4. Researching and finding design and video solutions for current and upcoming campaigns
5. Studying upcoming trends in design and video and integrate them with our ongoing visual evolution
6. Being an active participant in all design and video-related conversations
7. Coordinating with the content team and creating attractive videos, motion graphics, and designs for social media as per the calendar
8. Adapting templates shared by the design and video leads for day-to-day requirements

Skill(s) required

Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop Colour Theory for Designers Design Thinking

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 3 years of experience.

Other requirements

In-depth knowledge of brand visual identities

Skilled to work with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects

Creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new things are a must

Familiarity with copywriting, filmmaking and animation preferred

About IFP

IFP (Previously India Film Project) is a content festival held in Mumbai, India. The festival features a flagship 50-hour filmmaking challenge, where participants are given 50 hours to make a film after which a panel of judges select award winners. The competition has run each September since 2011 and is deemed as largest creative collaborative activity.

In 2016, the organizers added a two-day on-ground festival in Mumbai which talks about various aspects of creation across films, digital, literature, and music with interesting conversations, workshops, and performances. over 20,000 content enthusiasts attend the festival every year making it one umbrella place for creators.

in 2017, IFP also added a writing challenge, storytelling challenge, and design challenge. in 2022, IFP also added a standup challenge and photography challenge.
