The 'Graphic Designer' will be instrumental in creating visually compelling content for both print and digital media that aligns with our brand's identity and marketing goals. This role is key in maintaining our brand's visual aesthetics and enhancing our marketing efforts through creative design.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design engaging content for various projects including t-shirt designs, certificates, banners, frames, social media posts, and event advertisements.
2. Work closely with management to translate vision and branding into designs that are visually enticing and strategically targeted.
3. Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and advancements in design technology, incorporating new ideas into your design work.
4. Collaborate effectively with team members, providing and receiving constructive feedback to refine and advance design projects.
5. Manage time effectively, meeting deadlines and coordinating with the team to ensure timely delivery of design deliverables.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 1-3 years of graphic design experience in a professional setting.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other relevant design software.
3. A degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.
4. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas and designs effectively.
6. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to work under tight deadlines.
