JUSTDOGS is India's leading omni-channel pet care brand, dedicated to providing premium products and services for pet parents. We are looking for a creative and dynamic Graphic Designer to drive our brand's visual presence across social media, website, and digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
a. Social Media Creatives:
1. Design engaging and high-quality visuals for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Pinterest.
2. Develop static, carousel, and motion graphics aligned with brand identity.
3. Work closely with the content team to create trending, engaging, and conversion-driven creatives.
4. Ensure consistency in brand colors, fonts, and messaging across all platforms.
b. Website Banners & Digital Assets:
1. Design homepage, category, and promotional banners for the website and app.
2. Create graphics for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and special offers.
3. Optimize images for fast loading speed without compromising quality.
4. Ensure website creatives are mobile-responsive and UX-friendly.
c. Performance Marketing & Ads:
1. Design high-converting creatives for Meta, Google, and other paid ad campaigns.
2. Adapt creatives for A/B testing to improve ad performance.
3. Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to iterate and optimize designs.
d. Brand Identity & Visual Storytelling:
1. Maintain brand consistency across all digital assets.
2. Work on new visual concepts for campaign launches.
3. Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
2. Experience in Canva, Figma, or other design tools is a plus.
3. Strong knowledge of color theory, typography, layout, and UX design principles.
4. Understanding of social media trends, e-commerce UI/UX, and digital marketing.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
6. Experience in motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
