Bdiapers is Indias only Hybrid Diapers with Disposable Inserts. We sell fashion in cloth diapers coupled with the convenience of disposables making us the only eco-friendly disposable diaper company in India. We are looking for a graphic designer to assist with primary functions of design . Our preference for design is minimalist and classy and we want you to help us determine style, techniques and medium best suited to our promotion strategies.
Key responsibilities:
1. Lead the design of original pieces, including illustrations and infographics.
2. Manage social media channels and posts
3. Develop compelling creatives for online ad campaigns keeping in mind our brand identity
4. Create and conceptualize styles for banners, promotions and mailers ( print and online)
5. Refine images, fonts and layouts and apply typography techniques consistent with the brand
6. Prepare new and unique illustrations, innovative layout prints and rough sketches of designs graphics in line with brand guidelines
7. Collaborate with us to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
8. Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
Note:
1. Detail oriented, flexible, self-motivated ( quick turn around time) and professional with budgets
2. Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
3. 1-2 years of experience in graphic design
4. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
5. Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
Bdiapers brings high-fashion diapers to India. Bdiapers brings a unique twist to diapering. It is both a disposable and reusable diaper and is paired with a cute t-shirt that will not ride up every time you pick up the baby. Our goal is to combine the convenience of disposable with the health of cloth in a manner that will make diapering easy, fun, and affordable. Our products are patented in design, such as the 'newborn muslin nappies' made from organic unbleached muslin, or the SafetyB silicone diaper pins (non-metal diaper pins), Bdiapers hybrid diaper covers, and tees. We currently retail via all major channels (FirstCry, Hopscotch, Amazon, and Flipkart) and have approximately 25 boutique stores across India.
