Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for various marketing materials, including but not limited to print and digital advertisements, brochures, social media content, email campaigns, and website assets.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop design concepts that align with project goals and brand guidelines.
Maintain and evolve our brand identity by ensuring consistency in design elements, colour schemes, typography, and overall aesthetic.
Edit and retouch photos as needed to enhance their quality and align with the brand's requirements.
Design and format visual content for presentations, reports, and other corporate materials.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting project deadlines and ensuring the timely delivery of design assets.
Actively participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to improve the quality and effectiveness of designs.
Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance your design skills.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and colour theory.
Excellent creativity and an eye for detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong time-management and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills to effectively convey design ideas and concepts.
A portfolio showcasing a range of design work is required.
Proven experience of 1-2 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in-house marketing team.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.
