4. Oversee the design and production of print, digital, and experiential marketing materials.
5. Stay up to date on design trends and industry best practices.
6. Mastermind brand identities and campaigns.
7. Craft visuals that break the mold and set trends.
8. Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines.
9. To maintain the agency s standards of creative excellence, punctuality, and profitability, while achieving the clients goals.
Your skills and qualifications:
1. An impeccable eye for detail.
2. Ability to translate abstract concepts into visual masterpieces.
3. Bachelor's degree in graphic design, advertising, or a related field.
4. . Experience in advertising agency art direction.
5. Strong portfolio showcasing creative abilities and conceptual thinking.
6. Experience and awareness across various digital, social, and integrated mediums with exceptional communication skills.
7. Be highly motivated and well-organized.
8. Proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
