1. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.

3. Create visual assets for digital and print media, including but not limited to: social media graphics, website banners, email newsletters, advertisements, brochures, posters, and packaging.
4. Produce high-quality, visually stunning designs that meet project deadlines and objectives.
5. Utilize industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create and edit graphics.
6. Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve the quality of design output.
7. Work closely with stakeholders to incorporate feedback and revisions into designs.
8. Maintain organized file management and adhere to brand guidelines throughout the design process.
9. Assist in the creation and maintenance of visual assets for various marketing campaigns and initiatives.
10. Collaborate with external vendors and printers to ensure the quality and accuracy of printed materials, when necessary.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
2. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software/tools.
4. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas.
6. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and consistency.
7. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment.
8. Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
9. Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or web design is a plus.
10. Knowledge of printing processes and specifications is a plus.
