Graphic Designer Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate closely with the social media team to develop creative concepts and design assets for various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
2. Create eye-catching graphics, animations, videos, and other visual content aligned with our brand identity and resonating with our target audience
3. Design engaging social media posts, stories, ads, and banners to drive user engagement, increase brand awareness, and promote user interaction
4. Adapt and optimize designs for different social media formats and specifications, ensuring consistency and visual appeal across all platforms
5. Stay updated with social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to inform design decisions and maximize reach and impact
6. Collaborate with the content creation team to seamlessly integrate visual elements into social media campaigns and calendars
7. Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative ideation to develop innovative concepts for social media content and campaigns
8. Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality design assets in a fast-paced startup environment
9. Maintain an organized library of design assets and templates for easy access and reuse across social media channels
