The revision of electronic artwork, using software such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Quark, ArtPro, and Pack edge, as detailed in the client's specifications and the job dockets.
Key responsibilities:
1. Complying with the specific client requirements detailed in the appropriate SOPs and Work Instructions.
2. Ensuring the required instructions and tools are available to accurately complete a job and report to the CSR, if instructions are required, and the Production Manager, if tools are required.
3. Communicating file issues or unclear job instructions to the appropriate CSR.
4. Completing a quality review on each job and producing and checking proofs as per the appropriate SOP.
5. Working to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) Standards.
6. Highlighting potential issues/non-conformances to both the production and quality departments.
7. Complying with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and Work Instructions as detailed on Training Records.
8. Ensuring the security of digital information by complying with the appropriate SOPs and highlight any potential issue to the IT Manager.
9. Updating of Quality Records, as detailed in the appropriate SOPs.
10. Comply with Perigord centralised Global Quality Management System.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Diploma in artwork/designing, Any Graduate.
2. InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Quark, ArtPro, and Pack edge
3. 1.5 - 6 years in a professional artworker role in pharma domain/Prepress/Designing studios.
4. Strong team management and communication skills.
5. Support to junior artists in the Artworking ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and on time.
6. Effectively manage and schedule artwork.
7. Excellent working knowledge of artwork, repro and print processes.
8. A strong understanding of typography, space and layout.
