About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop creative concepts and designs for various marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, and website assets
2. Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other team members to understand project requirements and objectives
3. Create layouts and artwork that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the desired message
4. Use industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to design and edit graphics, ensuring high-quality output for both print and digital media
5. Incorporate feedback and revisions from clients and team members to refine designs and achieve final approval
6. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to continually improve skills and workflows
7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
8. Ensure all design deliverables meet technical and visual requirements for production and distribution

Skills and qualifications:

Proven experience as a graphic designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical skills

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software

Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and graphic design best practices

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively present ideas and concepts

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field (preferred)

Experience in web design, UI/UX design, or motion graphics is a plus

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
