About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborating with the design team to create innovative designs for apparel, including t-shirts, Polo s, sweatshirts and other garments
2. Developing concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites
3. Working closely with the product development team to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and target market preferences
4. Creating technical sketches and detailed design specifications for production purposes
5. Staying updated with industry trends and incorporating them into designs to keep our apparel collection fresh and appealing
6. Ensuring all artwork produced meets the company s standards of quality and accuracy
7. Communicating and presenting design concepts effectively to internal teams and stakeholders

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 4 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Proven experience as a graphic designer with a focus on apparel or fashion

2. A strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and proficiency in apparel design

3. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other graphic design tools

4. Knowledge of garment construction, printing techniques, and manufacturing processes

5. Understanding of branding principles and ability to adhere to brand guidelines

6. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

7. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

8. Ability to do sketches by hand

9. Excellent design and conceptual skills

10. Excellent sense of style and color

11. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

12. Ability to meet multiple deadlines
