Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is based in Delhi, West Delhi, and Noida. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of work experience in graphic design and be ready to create visually compelling graphics that align with our company's goals and client needs.

Qualifications and Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (Mandatory skill)
Coral Draw
Strong skills in layout design (Mandatory skill)
High level of creativity and originality (Mandatory skill)
Experience in illustration, with the ability to create custom graphics and drawings
Excellent understanding of typography, including font selection and visual hierarchy
Solid grasp of color theory to effectively use colors in design projects
Effective visual communication skills to convey ideas and messages clearly
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in the final designs

Roles and Responsibilities
Create and design various materials for digital and print formats, including social media graphics, web banners, brochures, and marketing materials
Collaborate with the marketing team and other stakeholders to produce high-quality graphics that align with project requirements and brand guidelines
Conceptualize and develop innovative design solutions to meet client needs and enhance user experience
Ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard, paying close attention to detail throughout the process
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design to continually improve design skills and deliver cutting-edge designs
Use feedback from peers and clients to make necessary design adjustments and improvements
Organize and maintain a library of design assets and project files for future use and reference
