We are seeking a highly skilled graphic design specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating captivating print designs, including product packaging, magazines, book covers, and standees. The graphic design specialist will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure that all designs align with the brand's aesthetic and effectively communicate the intended message.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conceptualize and create visual designs for magazines, book covers, and standees
2. Develop and design videos for social media as well as communicate with the brand message to resonate with the target audience
3. Execute design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables within specified timelines
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives
5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in print design to continuously improve design quality and creativity
6. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance brand visibility and engagement
1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.
2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, fine arts, or related field
2. Proven experience in video creation and design
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
4. Excellent understanding of typography, layout, and color theory
5. Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to brand guidelines
6. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
7. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
8. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome design challenges and deliver innovative solutions
