Key responsibilities:
1. Prepare design outputs based on client templates
2. Refine layouts, typography, and visual elements of collaterals
3. Collaborate with designers and content leads to integrate visuals with written content
4. Prepare print files considering print production processes and techniques
5. Infuse creativity into projects to create visually appealing publications
6. Communicate design concepts effectively to team members
7. Pursuing or completing a degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or having a strong design portfolio
8. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop
9. Ability to adapt to varying work schedules and demands
10. Strong commitment to teamwork and project success
11. Demonstrates strong visualization skills and attention to detail
12. Possesses knowledge of learning technologies beyond design tools
