Key responsibilities:
1. Perform a variety of layout and editing procedures required to produce plaque
2. and letter products
3. Receive, review, and update artwork by Gemini's capabilities
4. Edit artwork with appropriate software and communicate directly with
5. customers as needed
6. Receive and review signed customer approval before forwarding the order and
7. artwork to the plant for production
8. Strive to continuously keep learning and developing product knowledge.
9. Report to the customer experience supervisor
1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.
1. Minimum of 2 to 5 years of previous customer service/office experience in process house/pre-press /commercial press/outdoor advertising
2. Previous experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator, and/CorelDraw or composer software
3. Above-average skills in communication, interpersonal relationships, and
4. customer service.
5. Good mechanical aptitude and abilities
6. Well-organized, with good numerical skills, and a familiarity with computer
7. database usage and Internet file transfer.
8. Familiarity with PC/Mac applications and Internet communications
9. Graduate in any discipline
