1. Work together with the creative group to produce original ideas and concepts for a range of projects
2. Create eye-catching layouts, illustrations, and graphics that adhere to brand guidelines for print and digital media
3. Produce high-quality designs, using industry-standard design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
4. Guarantee unified and successful design solutions, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams made up of developers, marketers, and content producers
5. Take an active part in design evaluations, taking into account criticism and making adjustments as needed
6 Keep design files organized and up to date while guaranteeing version control and accessibility
7. Provide creative ideas to the team, keep up with design trends, rivals, and industry best practices
8. Communicate design concepts and ideas to the team, explaining the reasoning behind them and taking criticism into account

Other requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
2. Previous Internship experience in Graphic Designing is required
3. Freshers who have recently graduated & have done certification courses in graphic design can also apply
4. Excellent English communication (verbal & written) and collaboration skills
5. Creative thoughts, innovative ideas, and problem-solving skills
6. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
