The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work that demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experience working with numerous design platforms, such as digital and print forms.
Key responsibilities:
1. Working on various designing tools like Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign/Canva, etc.
2. Working on CMS' to design UI & UX experiences on Wix, Webflow, Shopify, WordPress, Weebly, Bubble, Figma & more
3. Producing drafts for review by clients and making revisions based on the feedback received
4. Creating or incorporating illustrations, pictures, and designs to reflect the desired theme and tone of the communications
5. Liaising with clients to determine their requirements
6. Managing client proposals from typesetting to design, print, and production
7. Working with clients, briefing and advising them with regard to design style, format, print production, and timescales
8. Developing concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites
9. Determining size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font style and size
10. Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief
11. Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required
Qualifications:
1. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
2. Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills industry
