We're looking for a 'Sr. Graphic Designer' to take full ownership of conceptualizing, visualizing, and designing any form of art that is required to support our next exciting stage of growth. Reporting to the top management, you'll lead the advertising functions for our clients, as well as become a core member of and senior leadership team.
Key responsibilities:
1. Effectively develop holistic, marketing, brand, and design principles, and any other programs deemed necessary.
2. Understand market and consumer trends, competitive landscape, and themes.
3. Working on art requirements for all kinds of ATL, BTL & digital communications. This will include brand & design guidelines, digital banners, print & OOH creatives, packaging and social media creatives.
4. Work directly with operations, copy, media, and tech teams to deliver growth objectives and consistent consumer experience.
5. Lead, coach, and expand the growth of design team as you create alignment and set priorities while developing the growth team to their full potential.
6. Measure business projections initiatives to demonstrate contribution to the growth of the client's business objectives while providing actionable insight consistently.
1. 3+ years of experience in advertising (creative advertising experience is a mandate).
2. Expertise in Adobe Suite/Illustrator/XD/Premiere Pro/After Effects etc.
3. Degree in marketing, graphic design, or related fields.
4. Creative & strategic thinking.
5. Experience in creating designs for ATL, BTL & digital communications which will also extend to branding-centric work such as brand guidelines, design guidelines packaging, and UI/UX.
