Job Title: Graphic Design Manager
Location: Aundh, Pune
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: 38,000 to 40,000 CTC Per Month

Key Responsibilities:

(a) Team Leadership:
1. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of graphic designers.
2. Provide creative direction and feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
3. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide development opportunities.

(b) Project Management:
1. Oversee the entire design process, from concept development to final production.
2. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
3. Collaborate with project managers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.

(c) Creative Strategy:
1. Develop and execute creative strategies that align with the brand's objectives.
2. Ensure consistency in visual branding across all platforms and mediums.
3. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the team's work fresh and innovative.

(d) Collaboration:
1. Work closely with other departments such as Marketing, Product, and Sales to develop cohesive visual content.
2. Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders and clients.

(e) Quality Control:
1. Review and approve designs, graphics, and layouts before final production.
2. Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines and standards.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
2. 3-4 Years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
3. Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative projects and leadership experience.
4. Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
5. Experience with web design, UX/UI, and multimedia content creation is a plus.
6. Strong understanding of branding, typography, and color theory.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
8. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
