We are seeking a skilled graphic designer/UI and UX designer to join our team in New Delhi (Hybrid). The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, user interface (UI) design, and user experience (UX) design.
Key responsibilities:
1. Create designs for a variety of digital and print materials, such as social media posts, logos, brochures, flyers, posters, and other marketing collateral
2. Develop and design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs
3. Develop and design user experiences for web and mobile applications, including user flows, interaction design, and usability testing
4. Collaborate with other team members, such as developers, product managers, and marketing managers, to understand project requirements and objectives
5. Research and stay up-to-date on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
Skills & Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, UI design, and UX design
2. Proficient in graphic design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Sketch, Figma, or other design software
3. Strong understanding of design principles, such as color theory, typography, and layout
4. Familiarity with UX research and testing methodologies
5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
6. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
7. Bachelor's degree in graphic design, UI/UX design, or a related field
